Raven Soap Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a small-batch soap company based in Santa Cruz, California. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Products

All of our soaps are handmade in small batches. This means:

  • Slight variations in color, size, and scent may occur between batches.

  • Ingredients are listed on each product page and/or label. If you have allergies, please read carefully before purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Once shipped, Raven Soap Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened soaps. We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective — please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

7. Liability

  • Our products are for external use only.

  • We are not responsible for reactions due to allergies or sensitivities to ingredients. Always test a new product on a small patch of skin before regular use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, product images, text, designs) is the property of Raven Soap Co. and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz County, California.
