Shipping

Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Free shipping on orders over $50.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used soaps. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at hello@ravensoapco.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
